- Substitutions of flower arrangements may occasionally be necessary because of availability, season, location, or market conditions, Substitutions will always be of same or higher value, at no additional cost to you.
- Unless instructed otherwise, we may occasionally make floral substitutions to ensure on-time delivery of your order which may occur if one or more items is not immediately available to make up your order, especially if it appears that your order may be time sensitive. (ie… patient is soon to be discharged, Birthday / Special Day)
